Pastor of Administration and Missions
(phone extension 105)
Pastor Kendall joined the Salem staff in June of 2008.
Areas of Ministry: Oversees Missions & Children's Ministries like Children’s Church, AWANA, Wee Worship, Mission Groups, and all other children’s activities, (VBS, Soccer League, etc).
Family: Temarie and I have been married since 2005. We have one daughter, Bella, who was born in 2012.
Testimony: I grew up in a pastor’s home as the second of seven children. With the constant teaching of biblical truths from my parents, I was saved and baptized at an early age. I always wanted to enter the family business (all three brothers and father are pastors) and found my calling in children's ministry. I love working with children and their parents.
Education: I graduated from Bryan College with a degree in Biblical Studies and from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Masters in Apologetics. I completed my Doctor of Ministry degree at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in May, 2017.
Previous Lines of Work: Everything from building houses to scrubbing toilets to selling ladies’ shoes to cleaning cars. You name it; I’ve probably had a job doing it.
Book: The Bible (second favorite – any apologetics, philosophical, nerdy-type books)

Food: Seafood (if God wanted me to eat it, He would not have covered it with water)
Season: I used to live in Florida where there is only one season, HOT!, so I like all four now
Sports Team: I’ll just give you a hint…it’s in NC and it’s blue
Best Thing Someone Said to You: Of course” (when I asked Temarie if she would marry me)
