  • Salem has a high standard for caring and ministering to infants, children, and preschoolers in a safe, loving atmosphere. We offer childcare during all worship services and for other events as noted
• Weekday Preschool
  • Salem Weekday Preschool has a reputation as one of the best in the area.  Classes are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 12noon for children ages two through five years old.

At Salem Baptist Church, we believe that children’s ministry is foundational for teaching children the truth of God’s Word. Proverbs 22:6 says, “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it.” We desire to partner with parents in training and equipping children to live a life that is honoring to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Sunday School

Children’s Worship is offered at 11:00 am for children ages kindergarten through 5th grade.  Click Here for more information

Children ages 3 through 6th grade are invited to participate in our AWANA program on Sunday evenings from 5:00 to 6:30 pm.  Click here for more information.

WEDNESDAY

Wednesdays from 6:30-7:30 we have missions programs for children ages 2 through 6th grade.  Click Here for more information.

Vacation Bible School (VBS)

Each summer Salem offers a week-long VBS for preschoolers through 6th grade in the mornings and evenings. VBS includes Bible lessons, crafts, food, games, music, and lots of fun! Click here for more information.
