Mission Statement
Salem Weekday Preschool ministers to approximately 210 students and their families. We have 32 teachers and support staff. Our goal at Salem Preschool is to provide your child with a safe, loving, non-denominational Christian environment in which to grow and learn. This is accomplished with God's leading of a very special Christian staff who look to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for guidance.
Our goal is not exclusively academics; it is for your child to feel confident in his/her thinking and motor skills and learn the love of Jesus..

Curriculum
Our curriculum includes Bible stories and Christian truths as part of our daily themes and class time. Fun activities that are developmentally appropriate for their age group encourage the children to grow spiritually, socially, emotionally, mentally and physically.
At each age level we have a balance of structure and flexibility. Each day allows for circle time, center time, creative activities, playground and snack. Each class also attends chapel and music. Lesson plans are created by the teachers around daily themes. All classes have one lead teacher and one teacher assistant. While some of our lead teachers are certified teachers, most have four-year degrees or the equivalent training.
