Benefits

In addition to our regular meetings, MOPS at Salem offers social activities, a well-stocked lending library, food at every meeting, and childcare. Moms also benefit from our “Mentor Mom”. She spends time encouraging and supporting all of our mothers. She is the seasoned mother who knows just how hard those early parenting years can be.

MOPS International offers many benefits including annual international conventions, the MOPShop (on-line store), satellite broadcasts, MOPS University (on-line learning), encouraging weekly emails, message boards, and leadership support for your MOPS Steering Team.

MOPS is different from other mother’s groups. Membership is limited to mothers with young children (infant through K) because those years are foundational in a mother-child relationship and are filled with unique needs. Our focus is on support and encouragement because mothering matters.
